Caterina Kukulka

"Let me partner with you to achieve real relief by targeting the root cause of your movement dysfunction with personalized therapy."

My Story

Caterina is a proud Wausau West alumnus, and is excited to be able to serve the community within her hometown! Caterina developed a passion for movement and helping others at a young age. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, followed by her license as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

While in school, she actively contributed to the profession as an APTA/WPTA Ambassador and attended numerous West Central District educational conferences. She also had the impactful opportunity to travel to Brazil on a medical mission trip, where she gained valuable insight into healthcare delivery in a resource-limited setting — an experience that deepened her appreciation for accessible, compassionate care.

Since graduating, Caterina has gained broad clinical experience in both acute care and home health settings. She is a strong advocate for a whole-body, functional approach to treatment, focusing on addressing the root causes of dysfunction to help patients return to the activities they love.
In addition to her clinical work, Caterina plays a key leadership role in CTI, working closely with company development, growth initiatives, and clinic operations.

Outside of work, Caterina loves hiking the quarry with her dog and family, spending time on the lake at their cabin up north, and camping - favorite spot being Boundary Waters.
